Terms and Conditions, Cancellations & Refund Policy
General Information
At Gestalt Art Therapy Centre, our mission is to offer the best services to clients by providing training, psychological attention, and coaching in a safe environment.
Participation in any workshops, retreats, sessions, or supervision at Gestalt Art Therapy Centre means that you accept all the policy conditions referred to on this page.

The Gestalt Art Therapy Centre logo or the Arteterapia Gestalt logo cannot be used without written permission from the Directors.

Official certificates with Directors' signatures cannot be posted in public online spaces. However, the “online certificate” (without signatures) provided may be shared publicly.
Art Therapy Sessions, Supervisions & Coaching (Face-to-Face and Online)
Registration and Payments:

A registration form must be completed before sessions.

Payments must be completed before or within one day after the session. Failure to comply may result in legal issues, additional charges, and ineligibility for future sessions.
Cancellation Policy:

24 hours or more before the session: You may reschedule at no charge.

Less than 24 hours before the session: You will be charged 50% of the fee and must arrange a new appointment and payment.
Online Sessions:
-
Clients must ensure their systems (PC, tablet, phone, Skype, WhatsApp, Google Meet) are functioning properly before each session. If communication is not possible due to client system issues, the session is considered completed and must be paid for. A new booking and payment will be required for a replacement session.
Workshops Cancellation Policy
Face-to-Face Workshops:

30 days or more before the start: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded; the remaining 50% covers administrative costs.

Less than 30 days before the start: No refunds or exchanges for other products/workshops.
Online Workshops:

Less than 24 hours before the workshop: No refund or credit; payment is forfeited.

Participants must ensure they have the necessary materials for the workshop. Payments will not be refunded due to lack of materials.
General Terms:

Workshops may be canceled if the minimum participant requirement is not met. Face-to-face workshops may be rescheduled; online workshops will provide a recording.

To receive CPD certificates, participants must complete activities and submit feedback, including photos of their work. No refunds will be issued.

By participating in online events, you consent to recordings being used publicly or shared with other participants.

Recordings will remain accessible for one year from the purchase date.
Online Training Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made and access is provided to an online course, no refunds are possible.

Unauthorized use of training materials for profit (e.g., offering similar workshops) is prohibited without written consent.

All content is protected by copyright laws. Illegal use will be reported and may result in penalties.

Participation in online courses does not certify individuals as Gestalt Therapists, Art Therapists, or Psychologists.
Art Therapy Retreats Cancellation Policy

More than 90 days before the retreat: 50% of the fee will be refunded if accommodation and catering fees have not been paid. Administrative costs are deducted.

Less than 90 days before the retreat: No refunds are issued, even in cases of illness or COVID-19.

Retreat organizers may change dates or venues if necessary, with prior notice to participants.
Gestalt Art Therapy Club Membership Policy
Membership Benefits:

Gold Membership Exclusive Benefits:

Membership Terms:

Membership is valid for the calendar year (January 1 – December 31).

Membership fees are non-refundable. Cards are non-transferable.

Discounts apply solely to Centre-developed workshops/products.

Directors reserve the right to modify membership terms.
COVID-19 and Flu Season Protocols
Pre-session Requirements:

Temperature checks are mandatory. Participants with a fever, cough, or other symptoms will need to reschedule.
Close Contact Guidelines:

Negative COVID-19 tests are required for close contacts attending sessions. Masks are mandatory.

Participants testing positive must reschedule.
Important Notices:

Workshops are not therapy sessions. Content and participant information remain private and confidential.

Disrespectful behavior results in removal without refunds or credits.

Refunds are not provided; vouchers may be issued with Director approval.
