Mature men are invited to participate in a men only gathering with an open space to reflect and share our personal journeys, self-reflection and personal growth.
Some ideas to begin with:
- Masculinity in the modern era
- Physical and mental health
- Fears of loneliness and loss
- Relationships
- Facing our mortality
In this day we shall focus on our life shifts and learn about possible changes that will enable us to become a real mature man and a mentor elder for younger men.
