Conference Fees, Participation Terms, Cancellation Policy

Included in the Conference Fees:

• 4 Nights in shared Room

• Breakfast from 11th to 14th April included

• Gala Dinner on 13th included

• Conference participation in 3 workshops by the International Guests

• Participation in two Balinese workshops. Workshop one, to be chosen between different artistic Balinese Workshops proposals on 11th, and Workshop two during day 12th,  to be chosen between different artistic Balinese Workshops proposals. See more info in the Program please.

• Ubud visits to chosen between Monkey Forest or Antonio Blanco Museum. Including transport. on April 13th

• The and coffee in the Yoga Sala during Conference Workshops

• Morning Yoga classes by Yaro Starak

• Free time

Not Included in the Conference Fees:

• Air fares & VISAS (it is the responsibility of each participant to check permissions from their countries, and the reception of Visas to have the entry to Bali and participation at the Conference) also your Passport needs to be valid at less six months to be able to entry to BALI.

• Travel & Medical Insurance (to book at the retreat you must have travel insurance) Please when you will have the information, you must to provide us your Travel insurance policy number and company.

• Meals not offered at the program. (Please note that Lunch and Dinner are not included in the Conference fees (Gala dinner April 13th, 2020 yes). We will inform you about Restaurants in Ubud to have meals, and also you can eat at the retreat Restaurant, all these expenses including drinks (alcohol, juices, etc), need to be paid by the participant.

• Transfer from/ to airport and to the Conference venue is not included.(If you would like a taxi, please inform us your arrival and departure time, the retreat can help you booking a Taxi.) Important to know that if you book another taxi, and not using the sent by the retreat, anyway you will pay for both taxis.

• Air fares, Accommodation/meals, workshops/visits, Insurance, etc, of you and/or family members/partners/relatives/ friends, traveling with you to the Art Therapy Conference Bali 2020 are also not included.

• Any other expenses not included in the program.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once the payment is made, it is not any refund. The fees will be to cover Accommodation/meals/ Workshops bookings.

• Gestalt Art Therapy centre is not registered for GST
